Foxlane to add single-family homes to the land

  • Business

The Fort Washington-based home builder, Foxlane Homes, recently purchased 73 acres of undeveloped land in Chester County, spending nearly three times the price it sold for the year prior.

Paul Schwedelson, of the Philadelphia Business Journal, reported on July 14 that Foxlane plans to build “dozens of single-family homes.” The site was previously four separate parcels located in Glenmoore. The land was last sold 15 months ago for $2.3, prior to Foxlane’s purchase of $6.8 million.

Around 36 homes, ranging from 3,100 to 4,400 square feet, are planned for the land. The development will be named The Estates at Stonecliff.
