The Eagles and their fans can rest easy on Sunday with a Week 11 win already pocketed. At 8-2 overall, the Birds are prohibitive favorites to win the NFC East (-600 at one of the more popular online sportsbooks), have the second-best odds to win the NFC (+400 to the Detroit Lions' +195), and are among the top five favorites to win the Super Bowl.
Meanwhile, several Eagles players are in the mix for individual awards:
Jalen Hurts has the fourth-best odds to win this year's MVP award. Only Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, and Patrick Mahomes currently sport better odds.
Jackson has the inside track on the award, however, with Hurts listed as a 16:1 longshot.
Jackson's stats for the 7-3 Ravens: 69.1% completion, 2,699 passing yards, 24 passing TDs, 2 INTs, 91 carries, 538 rushing yards, 2 rushing TDs, 5 fumbles.
Hurts' stats for the 8-2 Eagles: 69.2% completion, 2,197 passing yards, 12 passing TDs, 5 INTs, 103 carries, 417 rushing yards, 11 rushing TDs, 2 fumbles.
It's a little surprising that these odds aren't closer. Jackson has 26 total TDs and 7 turnovers to Hurts' 23 total TDs and 7 turnovers.
Saquon Barkley has a Raven of his own to deal with in the odds for Offensive Player of the Year. It's a close race between Barkley and Baltimore's Derrick Henry.
Here's how their stats match up after ten games:
Henry's numbers: 184 carries, 1,120 yards (6.1 yard avg), 12 TDs, 2 fumbles, 10 receptions on 12 targets for 96 yards and 2 TDs.
Barkley's numbers: 197 carries, 1,137 yards (5.8 yard avg), 8 TDs, 1 fumble, 23 receptions on 29 targets for 210 yards and 2 TDs.
Going forward, it's reasonable to expect Barkley's touchdown totals to improve. Thus far in 2024, he is getting tackled inside his opponents' two-yard line at an unsustainable rate. (Typically followed by a Hurts tush-push TD.)
Factoring in Barkley's contributions to the Eagles' passing game, it's easy to like his odds.
Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean are both top-six in odds to win Defensive Rookie of the Year.
No Eagles player in the history of the franchise has taken home this particular hardware. But Mitchell, in particular, looks like he could change that:

Rams linebacker Jared Verse is the current favorite. We're comparing apples and oranges, but here are Verse's stats:

➖ T-3rd in TFLs (11)
➖ Leads all rookies in pressures, pressure rate (20.4%), and sacks (4.5) pic.twitter.com/s7QXISPsTB
With a lot of football left to play, these odds could change dramatically. But it's great to see some Birds getting the recognition they deserve.
Oh, and if you're looking for a true Eagles longshot moneymaker? A $100 bet on Nick Sirianni for Coach of the Year would return $10,000 if he wins.
