The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s campaign celebrates the rich landscape of Latino-owned and operated restaurants.
The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s (GPHCC) ninth Dine Latino Restaurant Week is taking place September 15 – 21, 2024, during Hispanic Heritage Month. An expansive list of new and returning of Latino-owned and operated restaurants in and around the city of Philadelphia will take part in the seven-day culinary event, offering patrons one complimentary appetizer or dessert with the purchase of two dinner entrees.
"Dine Latino Restaurant Week not only showcases the culinary brilliance and cultural diversity of Latino-owned establishments, but also provides crucial support and recognition for these businesses within our communities," said Jennifer Rodriguez, President & CEO of GPHCC. "We are thrilled to partner with restaurants both within and beyond Philadelphia, celebrating a diverse range of culinary offerings that extend beyond traditional Latino cuisine."
In addition to Dine Latino Restaurant Week, GPHCC will host a Dine Latino Chef’s Tasting event with Nicole Marquis, founder of Hip City Veg, Bar Bombon, and Charlie Was a Sinner. Attendees can indulge in a plant-based culinary journey crafted by the creative minds behind some of Philly’s favorite vegan spots. The intimate, ticketed gathering is limited to 40 guests and provides a unique opportunity to interact with the featured chef while gaining insight into the stories behind the creators.
