Three major festivals coming to the Philadelphia area
Brauhaus Schmitz is hosting three major Oktoberfest celebrations in the Philadelphia region this fall. The festivities kick off with the South Street Oktoberfest on September 21, from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, featuring live music, German dancers, beer, food and family activities.
The following week, on September 28, the 7th Annual Oktoberfest on the Square will take place at Haddon Square Pop Up Garden in Westmont, NJ, with a giant tent, Bavarian decorations, German food and live music.
Finally, the 6th Annual 23rd Street Armory Oktoberfest will be held on October 11-12, offering a fully decorated historic venue, traditional German festivities and a VIP experience.
The South Street and Haddon Square events are free with pay-as-you-go food and drink, while the Armory event requires a ticket, with a special $25 rate for Friday night.
