Mark your calendars for January 25th and 26th from 11 AM to 4 PM for the much-anticipated Art Star CRAP Bazaar at the Independence Visitor Center, located at 599 Market Street (North End of the Building). This free-to-attend event is a quirky spin on the popular Art Star Craft Bazaar and offers visitors a unique opportunity to snag handmade treasures at unbeatable prices—all while supporting great causes.

What to expect

Over 20 talented artisans will be selling “Seconds”—practice pieces, overstock, samples, and discontinued items—at discounts of 50% or more off retail prices. Forget fancy booths and displays; this event features tables piled high with creative finds, perfect for rummaging through to uncover hidden gems.

A meaningful mission

Beyond scoring great deals, attendees will contribute to two incredible nonprofits:

  • World Central Kitchen: Providing fresh meals during humanitarian and community crises.
  • The Sunday Love Project: Addressing food insecurity and supporting families in need.

A generous 25% of all event proceeds will be evenly donated to these organizations.

Giving back

In addition, the event will collect donations for No More Secrets, a Menstrual Hub and Uterine Wellness Center. Desired items include unopened hygiene products, toiletries, bras, and menstrual care items.

Don’t miss it

This once-a-year event is a win-win for art enthusiasts and the community. Visit the Art Star CRAP Bazaar for unique handmade goods, incredible discounts, and the chance to give back.
