In the Divisional Era (1969-->), four Phillies players have driven in 20 runs in a 10-game span:
1) Ryan Howard
Howard is an easy guess. He accomplished the feat in two separate seasons: 2006, when he won the National League MVP award, and 2009. In both years, Howard's 10-game span kicked off in mid-August.
They don't call it hittin' season for nothing.

Another easy guess. In 2008, Utley had an absurd 10-game stretch where he hit .417/.511/.1.056 (1.567 OPS) with seven home runs and 20 RBI. He struck out just twice in 45 plate appearances during that span.© Mark J. Rebilas | 2008 May 5
3) Rhys Hoskins
It's tough to describe the run Hoskins went on as a rookie in 2017. After going hitless in 12 at-bats to start his major league career, he broke through with a single on August 13. The next day, Hoskins hit two home runs.
The Big Fella would go on to hit 11 HRs in a 14-game span and 18 HRs in a 30-game span, but that's a discussion for a different trivia question.
As far as the 20 RBI go, Hoskins' 10-game span lasted from August 19, 2017 through August 28, 2017. Incredibly, those are the same exact dates (Aug. 19-Aug. 28) as Howard's 20-RBI, 10-game span in 2009.
Rhys Hoskins continues to rewrite the record books.

4) Mike Lieberthal
If you nailed Lieberthal as the mystery fourth player, you deserve a prize.
There is no prize, but you deserve one. Get yourself a little treat!
From September 8, 2003 through September 19, 2003, Lieberthal drove in 20 runs in just 42 plate appearances, the fewest PAs of the four players on this list. His 1.132 OPS, however, is the lowest of the group. (Howard's staggering 1.865 OPS in 2006 is the highest, from a .500/.600/1.265 slash line with eight home runs.)
The catcher was 31 years old in 2003, playing in the 10th of 14 seasons he spent with the Phillies.
If we expand our dataset beyond the Divisional Era back to 1901 (all the game-level data we have available), Del Ennis holds the team's 10-game span RBI title:
1929-1930 Chuck Klein, 1932 Don Hurst, and 1923 Cy Williams also enter the chat.
That's just seven Phillies players since 1901 to reach 20 RBI over 10 games.
