The 2025 Barrymore Awards Ceremony, which recognizes the theatrical art created in the 2024/2025 season by the Philadelphia theater community, will be held on October 20, 2025, at the Temple Performing Arts Center, 1837 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19122.
“This year’s ceremony will be co-hosted by Aunyea Lachelle, Emmy Award-winning entertainment and lifestyle anchor for NBC10’s Philly Live, alongside CJ Higgins, Interim Executive Director of Theatre Philadelphia. Together, they will lead audiences through a dynamic evening recognizing the artistry, storytelling, and community spirit that define Philadelphia theater.”
Doors open at 6pm, the ceremony begins at 7pm, and the celebration will go until 11pm
“The theme for this year's ceremony will be "Origins: Roots & Resistance", to honor and celebrate the history and resilience of theater.”
