Home At Last Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Bear, a four-year-old heeler, as their featured rescue of the week.
Bear is a bright, loyal cattle dog who loves learning new things, he already knows sit, spin, paw, and stay! True to his breed, he’s energetic, intelligent, and looking for an active family familiar with herding dogs. Bear can be shy at first but quickly bonds once he feels comfortable.
He’s house-and-crate trained, great on a routine, and happiest when spending time with his people. Because he sometimes tries to “herd” smaller children, he’d do best in a home with kids 12 and older.
