Report: Missing 11-year-old boy last seen at Kimmel Center Arts Fest located Saturday night [UPDATE]

Authorities said Isaiah Kelvas walked away from the Kimmel Center via Spruce Street exit

Update, 9:30 p.m.: According to online reports and a family member, Isaiah Kelvas has been located Saturday evening and was returned safe to his mother.

Police were asking for the public’s help in finding 11-year-old Kelvas, who went missing Saturday afternoon while attending the Kimmel Center Arts Fest with his mother.

He left around 12:45 p.m. through the Spruce Street exit of the Kimmel Center, according to Philadelphia police.

Initial reports described Kelvas as Caucasian, 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 71 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue Phillies City Connect hat, a blue New Balance T-shirt, tan Adidas shorts with white stripes, white socks and charcoal Adidas slip-on sneakers. Police said he was also carrying a brown bookbag.

Authorities said Kelvas was familiar with the Center City area and with the SEPTA Regional Rail line that serves his home on the 200 block of West Gorgas Lane.
