If the Eagles defeat the San Francisco 49ers Sunday, they'll have a trip to Solider Field awaiting them in the NFC Divisional Round.
The Chicago Bears overcame a 21-3 halftime deficit to the Green Bay Packers Saturday evening thanks to a 25-point fourth quarter to pull off a stunning 31-27 win. That means the No. 2 seeded Bears will host the No. 3 seeded Eagles in the Divisional Round, if the Eagles win Sunday.
This would be the second meeting between the two teams this season, as the Bears defeated the Eagles 24-15 at Lincoln Financial Field on Black Friday. Ben Johnson looked like an offensive mastermind in that game, with the Bears gashing Vic Fangio's otherwise stout defense for 281 rushing yards. Figuring out how to slow down the tandem of Kyle Monangai and former Eagle D'Andre Swift would be a real test for Fangio and company.
Of course, first things first, the Eagles need to advance Sunday against Kyle Shanahan's 49ers. If they do, it will set up a matchup between two classic NFC franchise's with a trip the conference's title game on the line.
